• Veritas: Fact-checked news, research, and informational content
• Nyx: Night sky observation, astronomy education, and celestial events
• Arete: Personal growth, habit tracking, and goal setting
• Nisaba: Primary texts, translation comparison, and scholarly study
• Metis: Courses, tutoring, and structured learning

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content in the Veritas domain is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Tara meditation guidance is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oshun Synthetics LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
